MLC Shipbuilding and Nantong MLC are jointly and severally liable to repay to the plaintiff the sum of US$1,308,803.53 (being the balance of the Extra-Contractual Payments after setting off the final instalment due under Contract 5282) together with simple interest thereon at the rate of 5.33% per annum from 20 January 2011 to 27 July 2015.
