Prabagaran v PP: Importation of Diamorphine & Rebuttal of Statutory Presumptions under the Misuse of Drugs Act
The Court of Appeal of Singapore dismissed the appeal of Prabagaran a/l Srivijayan against his conviction and mandatory death sentence for importing not less than 22.24 grams of diamorphine into Singapore.
