Post-judgment pre-liquidation interest should run for six years (ie, from 2001-04-06 to 2007-04-05) instead of four years, with the applicable rate to be 5% per annum. Post-judgment post-liquidation interest should be awarded at the HK post-judgment rate of 8% per annum from 2009-12-22, the date on which liquidators were appointed.
